Este texto está disponible en francés y en inglés; se muestra la versión inglesa.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to the website of the Académie des Femmes Magistrates pour l’Émergence d’un État de Droit (AFMEED) and to its member space. Using the website means accepting these terms.
2. Content
AFMEED’s texts, publications, logos and graphic elements are protected. They may be quoted for information, teaching or research purposes with acknowledgement of the source; any other reproduction requires AFMEED’s prior consent. Some illustrative photographs come from royalty-free image libraries (Unsplash and Pexels licences); they do not depict AFMEED members or activities. Their authors and licences are listed in CREDITS.json.
Legal texts and decisions in the Knowledge Centre are provided for documentation purposes; only the versions published by the competent authorities are authoritative. Published information does not constitute legal advice.
3. Member space
Access to the member space is personal. Members keep their credentials confidential, should enable two-factor authentication and report any unauthorised use to the Secretariat without delay. Uploaded documents must be lawful and must not infringe anyone’s rights. Electronic voting is personal; the receipt issued makes it possible to check that the vote was recorded without revealing the choice cast.
4. Public forms
Forms (contact, membership, registration, newsletter) must be completed in good faith with accurate information. Automatic measures limit abusive submissions.
5. Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for information; AFMEED has no control over their content.
6. Availability and liability
AFMEED strives to keep information accurate and the service available, without being able to guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. When information cannot be loaded, the website says so rather than displaying inaccurate data.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
8. Changes
These terms may be amended; the version in force and its date appear at the top of the page.
