Why AFMEED?

Far from being an association created to compete with existing ones, AFMEED was founded with a distinctive vision. In a multipolar world dominated by new technologies, women magistrates must not fall behind; nor should they be limited by the challenges of our society’s current evolution. Rather, they must challenge every limit imposed by societal prejudice and other professional burdens. In this way, being multi-generational, AFMEED brings together elders who contribute their experience and wisdom, peers who share the same challenges, and young magistrates who bring new energy.
